Service
Specialist
ABC
is growing and seeking candidates to fill Route positions in
the greater Tampa Bay area. Specialist generate sales and
provide superior customer service by managing Lawn-Ornamental or
General House Pest & Termite services for Mobile Homes, Residential,
or Commercial accounts. To qualify, candidates will have a valid
driver’s license and a good driving record. Applicants will pass
pre-employment drug and criminal background screens, will have a
stable work history and enjoy physical, hands-on work. Prior
experience working in the pest industry is preferred but not
necessary. ABC offers paid training and excellent benefits to
include health/dental/life insurance, vacation, and a pension plan.
Our competitive pay package includes a production/commission system
with the potential to earn $27k - $30k in the first year.
Business Development Specialist (BDS)
ABC is in need of sales-minded individuals, with management
possibilities to sell the portfolio of products and services offered
by the company. Our territories cover the Tampa Bay area including
Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Hillsborough and Manatee counties. Prior sales
and pest control experience preferred. BDS personnel will promote
our services and products to existing and potential residential and
commercial clients, generate new business leads, identify and
develop new accounts, make sales calls and presentations, and
provide client service and support as needed. BDS personnel will
work with and assist a team of customer service representatives,
develop profitable client partnerships, resolve customer issues, be
decisive with the ability to make appropriate spot decisions, set
accurate customer pricing, and effectively communicate with
management and other departments. ABC offers paid training, and
excellent benefits to include health/dental/life insurance,
vacation, and a pension plan. Our competitive pay package includes a
temporary base and eventually 100% commission system with the
potential to earn over $50K a year.
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
A representative must be a detailed oriented individual who will
assist ABC's customers to find solutions to their needs. Requires a
complete customer service focus with emphasis on increasing new
customer base and renewals. CSRs assist in implementing strategies
to control retention rates, decrease cancellations, and collections.
Excellent oral and written communications with ability to dialogue
with the customer to resolve issues. Must be able to think
critically and make tactical decisions to move the customer service
activities forward. Must be able to maintain and control customer
information files and data base. Makes calls to customers set
appointments, schedule services, renew services or prevent
cancellations. Works closely with operations and the executive staff
to position ABC for continued growth and development. ABC offers

includes a starting wage of $8-$14 per hour.
